Winter Workouts are ONLY for players who are registering to play baseball with York Baseball for the 2024 season.  Workouts are free of charge.

 

9U players (2015-2016) - Mondays 6-7:30 PM (starts Jan 15)

11U players (2013-2014) - Mondays 7:30-9 PM (starts Jan 15)

13U players (2011-2012) - Wednesdays 6-8 PM (starts Jan 10)

15U players (2009-2010) - Wednesdays 8-10 PM (starts Jan 10)

18U players (2006-2008) - Wednesdays 8-10 PM (starts Jan 10)

 

All Workout sessions are held in the gymnasium at Silverthorn Community School (300 Kane Avenue).

 

All players MUST register before attending their first Workout.
