2026 House League Registration Overview
THE REGISTRATION BUTTON IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. BUT PLEASE READ OVER THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HERE FIRST.
- For the 2026 season, registration fees are as follows: T-Ball fees are $150.00 per player, and 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U/TWB and 18U/TWB House League fees are $250.00 per player.
- REFUND POLICY:
Now to February 28, 2026: Full Refund - $20.00 administrative fee
March 1 to March 31, 2026: 50% Refund
After March 31, 2026: NO REFUNDS
- A Sibling Discount is offered for families that register 2 or more children per family. The discount is $50.00 for each additional sibling. Example: 1st child pays the regular level fee, 2nd child is discounted $50.00 off the regular level fee, 3rd child is discounted $50.00 off the regular level fee, and so on.
- Female participants have the option of playing one year overage, as outlined in the Baseball Ontario 'Constitution & Playing Rules'. Examples: players born in 2016 can register for 9U, or players born in 2012 can register for 13U.
- Player registration fees can be paid 'online' while registering by credit card (a transaction fee of 3.25% + $1.50 will be added to online payments).
- Offline payments can be made by sending an e-Transfer payment to yorkbaseball.payments@gmail.com, or by cash or cheque (non-postdated, made payable to York Baseball Association) to a YBA official at the baseball field.
- OFFLINE REGISTRATION PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE FIRST REGULAR SEASON GAME.
- Email communication is used to send out any related information, including team assignments, practices, game schedules, league announcements and so on throughout the season. A TeamSnap team app will also be used to list team schedules and rosters.
- Our baseball season typically starts in early May, depending on field conditions.
- T-Ball ends in mid July.
- T-Ball games are randomly scheduled on Saturdays, in three time slots: 9-10am, 10-11am and 11am-12pm.
- House League 9U to 18U seasons end in early to mid September. Specific game nights will be set in the Spring.
- Registration fees go 100% towards field permits (City of Toronto), player insurance, uniforms, umpire fees, equipment and supplies.
- Volunteer parents are always needed as coaches, assistant coaches and conveners!

- ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY ONFIELD ACTIVITIES.
